Have you ever wondered why you can’t eat just one chip, one cookie or one piece of candy? I ask myself this question all the time. Itell myself, “oh you can have one small serving of pie or one small bag of chips or just a few peanut butter cups”, yeah, NO!
Whatever the companies put in these products makes us addicted to them. It makes us crave them to the point where we oever indulge. I don’t know about you, but this is my dwnfall.
It’s truly sad that these companies are allowed to get away with putting chemicals in these processed foods. All the artificial sweeteners they put in these products make us want even more. They leave us unsatisfied so we eat more and more.
This is alarming to me. I decided that for thie time being, I am eliminating processed foods from my diet. There is no reason I can’t live off fresh veggies, fruts and lean meats. I am doing this as an experiement in a wayl.. I want to see how much processed foods affect my body. I want to see if eliminating them from my diet will change my cravings for them.
